In my Fill the Cauldron program, you’ll learn how to pull yourself from a place of burn out survival mode and into a place of thriving joy by:

  • Turning simple behaviors – such as brushing your teeth or cleaning the kitchen – into easy-to-do rituals that energize your soul and bring peace into your every day.
  • Grounding yourself with guided meditations and shadow work to focus in on your key values and true purpose, while tackling the root of imposter syndrome and blockages.
  • Engaging in manifestation practices to bring those hopes and dreams into a reality.
  • Living seasonally – let’s save those New Year’s resolutions for springtime, when the world is budding with new life and possibilities!

Each program series includes:

  • One-on-one sessions with me (weekly or bi-weekly, held over zoom). Each session involves an invocation to the elements, a tea meditation, and gratitude exercise.
  • Individualized daily rituals and acts of self-love to tap into your magic and fill your cauldron.
  • Personalized journal prompts designed to guide your shadow work.
  • Guided meditations

Programs run in three- and six-month packages, and always start on the new moon.
